Coco Ichibanya Okinawa Misato

You know how when people go on and on about how "amazing" a place is, like whole populations just yammering on endlessly about a places perfection, and then you finally eat there and it's mediocre at best*cough* looking at you California/ In-N-Out? Coco's Curry isn't that. It is INCREDIBLE. I stay within my limits at spice level three but by all means melt your faces off. Whatever you do, DO NOT LEAVE JAPAN WITHOUT EATING HERE!

We love this place! The curry is really good and it’s really easy to customize what you want (which isn’t the case in many Okinawan restaurants). You must be a little cautious on the spice level, I felt like playing it safe and going middle of the road, so I asked for 5 (spice levels 1-10 is what I thought) it felt like I had just put hot lava in my mouth. Being a man though I pushed on thru! Found out later that spice levels run mild, then 0-10. I get a 2 now and still sweat like it’s the middle of July in Alabama! Definitely a place to eat here, a must try! Just don’t go crazy on the spice!
